The Imperial County Chief Executive Office provides Countywide leadership in addressing complex challenges by coordinating departments and resources to advance the priorities and initiatives of the Imperial County Board of Supervisors. We directly oversee departments housed in the Administrative Building, including Information & Technology, Veterans Services, Budget & Finance, Registrar of Voters, County Counsel, Auditors, Assessor, Human Resources, and Tax Collector, while also providing guidance and oversight to all other County departments, ensuring alignment and effective operations across the organization
